Lobby + 24/7 Reception (Floor 1)
Your first point of contact upon arrival. Reception verifies your ID and authorizes your entry. No need to announce yourself in advance.
Parking (Basement)
All covered and shared (not assigned). If you come by car, ask reception if there is space available. Connect via the 3 elevators.
Building laundry (Floor 1)
Available if you need shared machines (separate from the apartment's private washer).
Garbage room (Basement)
How to get there: Leaving the elevator in the basement: turn right, then left, and the garbage room is at the end.

- Pool with sun deck (Cra. 56, coming soon) — coming soon — swim cap required
